The Drive To Faleolo...

And as the Samoan leg of the South Pacific Trip comes to an end, I head to Faleolo Airport to fly out of Samoa into Fiji, today...

Driving along the Beach Road...

A busy Samoan morning...

The clear blue skies are something I could die for the experience this each day...

Passing by the village of Vaimoso...

The Vaimoso fale...

A lovely bungalow...

The Apia Samoa Temple...

That's actually a church...

Passing by the Lapea village...

Lapea is a picturesque settlement consisting of round Samoan fale built in a concentric pattern in large open grounds (malae)...

The traditional fale represents how the Samoan society functions. The fale have no walls and families of upto 20 can live in these shelters. The open fale signifies the openness and welcoming nature of the Samoan people...

The Vaiusu Catholic Church...

Another picturesque fale...

Ekalesia Metotisi Samoa - another church...

Another one of the Samoan buses...

And there comes the ocean...

Isn't this beautiful...

And we will be at the airport in a few moments...
