And here I am Plane Spotting at my favourite airport, Hong Kong's Chek Lap Kok...

We are travelling on board Ethiopian Airlines' Boeing 787 Dream)liner to Incheon, a fifth freedom flight. This is my fourth fifth freedom flight - the first was Incheon-Taipei-Hong Kong on board Cathay Pacific, the second was on Scoot from Incheon to Taipei and the last one was on Ethiopian from Incheon to Hong Kong on Saturday...

And now we are on way from Hong Kong to Incheon. We checked in our bags at Hong Kong Station and spent an hour around the IFC Mall, Admiralty and the Pacific Place, mall-ratting...
