A smooth takeoff followed a longish round of Plane Spotting at Manila's Ninoy Aquino International Airport. But just as Neeti and other passengers around me fell asleep, it was time for me to stay awake and get enthralled by the breathtaking skies...

A last look at Luzon, as we set course towards Incheon...

The views were extremely breathtaking...

And the sun gets ready to set...

Plane Spotting At MNL ... Part 2

And so we head back to Incheon after an exciting time here in the Philippines. The farewell came packaged with a good dose of Plane Spotting - there couldn't be a better way to say goodbye to Philippines!

Check in at Terminal 2 of Ninoy Aquino International Airport was chaotic - it reminded me of the old terminal 1B in Mumbai!

A Colourful Night Of Filipino Culture...

Before we head back to Korea tomorrow, we headed to Barbara's at Intramuros to enjoy a cultural performance of traditional Filipino music and dance.

The musicians set the tone for the energetic pace of the evening...

And the MC welcomed us all...

And the performances begin...

The performances had a clear blend of Asian and Spanish influences...

The performances were enthralling...

Indonesian influences were clear...

This looked a lot like an Indian performance...

And some Spanish influences...

The traditional tinikling dance was undoubtedly the best performance, the highlight of the evening...

What an incredible way to say goodbye to Philippines!
