The Indigo Spell

After reaching Palladium Mall at Phoenix Mills, we dropped by at Indigo Delicatessen for a bite...

This was my second time here and I quite enjoy the cosy decor....

A view of the day's specials....
I usually go for the Aglio Oilio, but at Indigo, I decided to give it a miss...
When at Indigo, you shouldn't miss out on the Ham & Smoked Meat Quiche.... It's not too cheesy, but it's loaded with all the stuff I love... smoked salamis, sausages - real porky stuff.....

Neeti and I shared a corn and tomato soup....
The breads we had were so fresh that could literally smell the oven...
Now that's absolute nirvana - fresh bread with a thick layer of soft butter on it - nothing tastes better than that and yes, the best part is that you needn't pay a million for this kind of nirvana!

I chose the wild mushroom risotto in red wine.....
The mushrooms were so fresh that I could literally smell the earthiness in them....

Neeti went in for an Arabiatta pasta, with loads of zucchini, peppers and olives!
Overall, it was a pricey meal, but every morsel was worth it!
