And they say clouds come with silver linings...
In the the aftermath of Typhoon Dujuan, that is exactly what we discovered.
The first thing we did after waking up was to peer out of the window to check how the weather was. It was cloudy, but the sun was shining through. It definitely wasn't as bad as it was yesterday.
However, my AccuWeather predicted heavy showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon. And that's when we got a text message from EVA Air that flights had resumed from Kaohsiung. But... but... but our flight which was scheduled to leave Kaohsiung at 4 PM was delayed by 2 hours.
Okay! The good thing was we were gonna be flying out, even though the flight is delayed.
And now after a breakfast and checking out, we will head out to explore Kaohsiung.
